On the morning of February 20, BBK property and the Myanmar cooperation project of the land overseas investment and purchase were formally signed in the conference room of the sixth floor of BBK Property Company. The Myanmar real estate management consulting project has become a light asset project of BBK property export management mode. It's another move by BBK to follow the "One Lead One Road" strategy.

The plot of the Myanmar project is located in the Bahan district of yangon, Myanmar, with a plot area of about 53,000 square meters. Located at the core business circle of Yangon city CBD, the location is very advantageous .In ancient times, the area was called "golden valley", with deep regional history, rich cultural landscape and prominent city status .At present, the project planning and design has been released. The project is to be named "Yangon XinTianDi", with a total construction area of about 400,000 square meters and a total investment of 2 billion RMB , it will be completed as a large complex project of serviced apartments and office buildings. The project will begin its construction in the first half of 2018, and it is expected to become the key project of "One Lead One Road" strategy.
